The Pharmacy Vaccination Clinic Assistant will report to the Business Clinic Coordinator (who reports to the Clinical Pharmacy Manager)
Help keep Hawaii's community safe! Times Pharmacy is looking for Pharmacy Vaccination Clinic Assistant to provide operational and clerical support in an immunization clinic setting. We are looking for individuals who are willing to travel and conduct on-site vaccination clinics at various businesses or organizations across the state. Must be detail-oriented, organized, friendly, and motivated to help provide the best customer experience possible.
Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays or Sundays
Most days start around 7AM and end around 5 PM, but may be asked to start earlier or end later based on the schedule of the day
The number of hours worked per week will vary based on clinic demand (0-40 hours per week)
Position begins in July or August and ends in mid November (~3-4 months)
