Salary: $5,369 to $6,535 per month (SR-22, Step D to I)

Positions in this occupational field supervise, perform or provide staff leadership, guidance and assistance in the management analysis functions involved in program management.
Analyzes, evaluates, develops and recommends sound organization, efficient administrative policies, procedures and practices for such entities as large departmental field offices and/or interrelated organizational units covering administrative and staff functions; discusses, explains and obtains tentative concurrence on studies of improvement, efficiency changes, expansion and other recommendations from officials in charge of various functions involved; develops plans and procedures in the exchange and/or the furnishing of data, standardizing forms and procedures and others; and performs other related duties as assigned. These positions may conduct analysis and research on issues such as reorganizations, administrative rules, etc.
