Responsibilities

• Provide extensive experience in out-of-the-box SharePoint development and configuration.
• Create engaging customer experiences using front-end development technologies that leverage the Modern Experience in SharePoint and SharePoint Online.
• Leverage the Power Platform to transform how customers interact in a digital environment (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) within Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate on DoD projects to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 with a user-centric design.
• Apply web development best practices to ensure accessibility and cross-browser/device compatibility while meeting accessibility and security requirements.

What You Have

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint administration, custom development, and architecture.
• 5+ years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office 365 platforms, including administration and development (SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, lists) and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions.
• Experience crafting custom Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI visualizations in Microsoft 365.
• Experience promoting knowledge-sharing and improving integration between information systems within the organization.
• Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end-user needs into actionable solutions.
• Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice If You Have

• Experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator.
• Ability to work on SharePoint migration and governance.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
