Responsibilities include working with GIS software and platforms, along with programming languages and tools for web mapping and spatial data management. The role involves analyzing and translating business requirements into efficient geospatial software designs, designing and developing mapping applications, building interactive web maps, handling geospatial data, and automating geospatial analysis processes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of GIS development experience, proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS software, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and effective communication skills. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and C# is also required, along with working knowledge of GIS platforms and web mapping technologies.
