Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (overnight shifts, 7 days a week)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Maui Brewing Co. Waikiki Restaurant is looking for three Overnight Dish & Kitchen Cleaners to join our team. We are committed to quality, sustainability, and community, and our Waikiki restaurant provides a high-energy, fun environment where guests enjoy award-winning beers and locally inspired food.

This overnight role is essential to keeping our kitchen and restaurant in top shape. You'll focus heavily on deep cleaning floors and kitchen spaces, finishing any outstanding dishes from earlier shifts, and making sure everything is spotless and ready for the next day.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus will be cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen and restaurant floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing).
• Complete any unfinished dishwashing from earlier shifts.
• Deep clean kitchen equipment, counters, and prep areas.
• Empty trash and recycling, maintain waste areas.
• Restock cleaning and dish supplies.
• Perform additional overnight cleaning tasks to meet sanitation and safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to consistently work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Experience in dishwashing, janitorial, or restaurant cleaning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work safely, follow procedures, and maintain trustworthiness in the kitchen overnight.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Must obtain TB clearance as required by the State of Hawai'i for food-handling roles.
