Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at engaging audiences, enhancing brand recognition, and driving commercial success. You will collaborate with diverse teams and external partners to produce innovative, compliant, and tailored content across multiple digital platforms. Utilizing advanced analytics and proven industry practices, you will optimize marketing performance to achieve key business objectives.

*This position may be eligible for remote work but requires flexibility to travel to Lake Zurich, IL for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This position does not offer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Base Salary Range: $80,000-85,000. Final pay will depend on various factors such as experience, education, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
• Develop engaging digital content for web, LinkedIn, email, and additional digital channels.
• Adhere to promotional review processes and distribution guidelines, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar and coordinate campaign executions to align with key business milestones.
• Gather performance analytics using digital tools to assess effectiveness and provide insights for data-driven optimizations.
• Employ web optimization techniques continuously to enhance website performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on campaign management, analytics, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics practices, including SEO/SEM, AEO, and GEO.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Applications, and Veeva.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer meetings, team engagements, and conferences, as well as for travel to Lake Zurich, IL for team collaboration.
