Provides in-depth support and leads problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision. Basic Qualifications:Experience with providing support to IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client, server, storage, or network devices, or mobile devices. Knowledge of inventory management. Ability to follow appropriate disposal guidance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree in a System Administration, Network Administration, or Computer Science field. Additional Qualifications:Experience with the Air Force or DoDTS/ SCI clearance.
