The immediate vacancies are located in Downtown, Halawa to Kalihi, and Manoa to Kahala.

Salary: Level III - $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR-20, Step D to I), Level IV - $5,369 to $6,535 per month (SR-22, Step D to I)

Job Description

Human Resources Specialist III: Performs moderately difficult work of a technical nature in one or more of the functional areas of human resources management.

Human Resources Specialist IV: Performs human resources assignments which regularly encompass complex problems combined with the responsibility for management advisory service.

Requirements

To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Basic Education/Experience: A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
• Specialized Experience: For Level III, one and one half years and for Level IV, two and one-half years of professional work experience in one or any combination of human resources management functions.
• Substitutions Allowed: Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements, will apply.
