Job Location: Waikiki
Compensation: $20/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full Time
Work Schedule: 5days/week 9:30am-8:00pm(シフト制)

主に日本のご旅行者様の受付,応対,案内,手配業務などをお任せします。

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer service: Greet customers professionally and friendly as the company's representative.
  2. Support and trouble shoot for customers as needed while customers are staying in Hawaii.
  3. Operate and arrange optional tours.
  4. Document Management: Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring that important documents are well-organized and easily accessible.
  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients and team members.
  6. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding customer's information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work 5 days per week including weekends and holidays
  • 日英バイリンガル(日本語は読み書き含む。英語は正確にコミュニケーションの取れるレベル)
  • 週末・祝日に勤務できる方
  • カスタマーサービス経験者優遇
  • PCスキル(ワード,エクセル)要,パワーポイントはできれば優遇
  • SNS経験者優遇
  • 米国での就労資格
