What You'll Do

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store to drive success and meet company goals.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

ADA Statement

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach across countertops. Kitchens are hot and noisy; storage space is limited and shelving is high. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management is required.

Pay Range: $25 per hour - $28 per hour. Within range, pay is determined by location and experience. Panda reserves the right to change or terminate bonus programs at any time.
