Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose, configure, and install common applications, as well as install/remove desktop PCs and monitors.
2. Provide remote O365 support on workstations and mobile devices, including InTune MDM application; remote takeover skills are a plus.
3. Perform basic Deskside Services, including install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, and configuration, following provided scripts.
4. Provide software support for low complexity problems/issues on Buyer or Customer personal computers.
5. Assist customers with problem identification and resolution at the Customer's place of business for hardware or platform-related issues.
6. Provide Deskside Support (software break/fix support or related tasks) on limited complexity problems for platforms having Windows (current – 4 generations of Windows Operating Systems) or Apple (current OS -1).
7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
