Bishop & Company is recruiting for a W 2 contract Technical Analyst for our client in Honolulu, HI. The Technical Analyst is a hybrid position requiring the ability to travel between business locations. The position is anticipated to last until June 2026. Candidates must reside on Oahu. No 1099 or C 2 C. No relocation offered. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Elicitation: Gather complex business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task/workflow analysis. Requirements Documentation and Analysis: Document and maintain detailed requirements using standard templates and natural language. Populate business requirements into Request for Proposal (RFP) formats. Assess vendor proposals to determine if they meet business requirements.
