Position Summary

Responsible to coordinate and implement the majority of technical infrastructure interfaces, data warehouse, document management, analytics, reporting and new solutions using vendor and HSFCU Technical Support resources. Researches, tests, prepares, coordinates and implements technical solutions for data, document and information management. Provides technical and operational support for data warehouse and document management solutions and act as primary technical contact for vendors. Maintains and updates HSFCU Technology Plan for Document Management, Data Management, Data Dictionary and assists Department Managers with enterprise-wide projects. Acts as an advisor on technical solutions and troubleshooting.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of related experience in Information Systems.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse and analytics.
  • Knowledge of document management solutions.
  • Knowledge of at least one industry standard programming language.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Oracle, or other database software.
  • Knowledge of applications and programming.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate all related computer hardware and software.
Salary Range
  • Minimum - $76,438
  • Maximum - $122,302
