This position is for a small but growing catering company based in Honolulu, HI, known for our fresh and high-quality offerings, including sushi and other specialty cuisine. The company is looking for a motivated and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee their day-to-day operations and help them continue to grow and deliver exceptional service to their clients.

Job Summary:
As the Operations Manager, you'll wear many hats-from taking catering orders to managing inventory, handling billing and invoicing, and occasionally making deliveries or supply runs. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage catering orders, scheduling and customer communication
• Oversee daily operations, staff, and workflow
• Handle inventory control and supply ordering
• Manage billing, invoicing, accounts payable & receivable
• Perform general administrative duties
• Occasionally run errands for supplies or make deliveries
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist when needed
• Maintain clear records and contribute to process improvements

• Previous experience in operations, office management, or catering is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with billing software and basic accounting tasks (QuickBooks)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Sushi-making experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn sushi prep is a big plus
