Position Summary
Supports daily servicing functions for consumer loan products, including vehicle, unsecured loans, and lines of credit. Provides quality control oversight for the onboarding of HELOCs, secured loans and lines of credit, and ensures the integrity of collateral insurance tracking. Monitors daily reports for data integrity and operational risk, recommends improvements, and supports change management activities related to product updates and mergers. Serves as a subject matter expert for Consumer Loan Servicing and provides guidance and support to team members to ensure compliance, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Provides operational support and serves as a point of coordination in the absence of the Department Manager, ensuring continuity in task execution and issue resolution.
Qualifications/Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in consumer loan servicing with progressive responsibilities, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- In-depth understanding of consumer loan servicing operations including vehicle, unsecured, and line of credit products.
- Knowledge of secured loans, HELOCs, and collateral insurance tracking.
- Familiarity with federal regulations affecting loan servicing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and develop staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle complex issues with minimal supervision.
- Able to conduct staff training and assist with technical and procedural updates.
Salary Range- Minimum - $47,980
- Maximum - $76,769
