Position Summary

Assist the Vice President of Corporate Compliance in implementing strategic objectives to ensure that the credit union operates in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations. This role involves closely collaborating with business units to ensure products, services, and initiatives for members conform to consumer protection and NCUA laws and regulations. Additionally, the role includes partnering with management on various enterprise projects.

Qualifications/Experience

• At least five years of related experience in Compliance and Risk Management, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable federal and state financial regulations.
• Understanding of deposit and lending laws and regulations, procedures, and documentation.
• Knowledge of credit union or banking policies and procedures.
• Strategic methodology foresight

• Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.
• Able to operate PC, adding machine, VCR, monitors, security cameras, phones, and other basic machines.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Creative and able to develop innovative solutions.

• Maximum - $132,655
