This position is fully in-person on Oahu

Job Description

• Handle inbound phone calls from customers and employees.
• Answer inquiries by providing information and conducting research.
• Resolve problems by exploring solutions and researching issues.
• Dispatch appropriate emergency services as needed.
• Monitor video feeds.
• Document events accurately for records.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Call center experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Dependable: Reliable and trustworthy.
• People-oriented: Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
• Adaptable/Flexible: Enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
• Detail-oriented: Focuses on the details of work.

Schedule

• Requires 7 days/week and holiday availability.
• Full-time position only.
• Shift options include:
• 6am-2:30pm
• 8am-4:30pm
• 2pm-10:30pm
• 10pm-6:30am

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $18.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
