Overview

Software Integration Engineer Cymertek Corporation. Location: Honolulu, HI 96815. Clearance: TS/SCI Full Poly (Please note this position requires full U.S. Citizenship).

Position Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of software architecture and design
• Familiarity with integration methodologies
• Ability to work with diverse software and hardware platforms
• Experience with cloud-based systems integration
• Knowledge of data exchange protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP)
• Ability to manage software integration projects

Required Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with API integration and development
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Proficiency in system testing and validation

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of DevOps practices
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible)
• Knowledge of security protocols and practices
• Ability to work with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Level: Bachelor's Degree; Focus: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.)
• Alternate Experience: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts credit 4-5 years of experience for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.
