This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): AZ, GA, NC, and TX.

We are seeking a mid-level Software Developer to join our FX (Foreign Exchange) development team. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable FX trading and risk management applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting existing and new payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting FX trading, pricing, and settlements.
• Implement new features based on requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to refine technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Support integration with internal and third-party FX platforms.
• Adhere to best practices, standards, and contribute to team guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of software programming experience or High School Diploma with 6 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Module-level lead experience for small to medium projects.
• Expertise in Microservices, Spring Boot, Web services (SOAP, REST), CI/CD, Java, J2EE, MQs, Kafka, security protocols, RDBMSs, and financial trading systems is a plus.
