Overview

Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking a Network Analyst II.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill or resolve network requests or trouble calls and complete required documentation (e.g., trouble tickets, network access requests, service requests).
• Understand and follow directions and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate network projects (e.g., firewall, core router/switch, protocols, security).
• Work with users and vendors to resolve network connectivity or capacity issues.
• Recommend and implement cost reduction solutions and support critical bank network equipment or complex systems.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in analyzing, designing, installing, and documenting local, wide, and enterprise-wide data networks and telecommunication systems.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot network hardware and devices.
• Knowledge in network administration and management tools.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure components, including hardware and security tools.
• Proficient with system monitoring tools such as Solarwinds.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $30.00 - $46.00/hr.
