The Hawaii Sales Leader will lead strategic relationships and business development efforts across water, transportation, and our developing buildings sector. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic relationships with key clients to ensure Jacobs remains the client's firm-of-choice in Hawaii. You will also ensure Jacobs has a thorough understanding of clients' needs and is seen as their best advocate for achieving their goals.
In this role, you will lead select client accounts in Hawaii. You'll collaborate with and lead our delivery teams to sustain existing workload, grow our pipeline, and lead strategy development for transformational contracts. You will need to collaborate with diverse internal teams, including sales staff, operations, market solutions technologists, legal, and contracting.

Posted Salary Range Upper: 250,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $145,000.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
