The position is assigned to the Human Resources Unit #3 which is located in the First Circuit, Administrative Services Division, and Human Resource Branch. The Human Resources Unit #3 is responsible for providing employee development for First Circuit employees.
The position assists the Court Services Manager in developing, coordinating, and implementing projects and activities focusing on employee development, engagement and retention. In addition, this position assists in evaluating current operations to develop, implement, and recommend modifications to guidelines, policies, standards and work methods necessary for effective and efficient operations with new human resources programs and procedures.
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree. Progressively responsible experience in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which has provided a general background of the type and quality described below may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
Specialized Experience: One and one-half (1-1/2) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in one and one combination of the following:
