Overview

(Remote) Employee Communications Operations Manager at NFP, an Aon company. NFP is seeking an Employee Communications Operations Manager for its Central region. Come grow with us - while working from home or hybrid!

Lead multi-channel employee communications campaigns (print, digital, and video) that integrate with internal HR teams to engage employees. Focus on project management across the Central region and provide tactical support at the office level to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with project managers in other regions to align best practices and optimize across the National Employee Communications Practice. Manage the full campaign lifecycle including planning, design, production, launch, and reporting.

You Are Accountable For These Key Areas

  • Lead regional project management for the National Employee Communications Practice in the Central region, driving successful execution of projects across multiple offices with priority on Open Enrollment (Q4) for most NFP clients
  • Collaborate with communications operations in other regions to ensure alignment and consistency across the National practice
  • Develop and deliver multi-channel employee communications campaigns in partnership with the Accounts team and Employee Communications Practice teammates
  • Leverage strategic collaboration and subject matter expertise to create impactful campaigns that enhance the employers brand and increase employee benefits literacy
  • Represent the practice in external engagements by serving as a confident and professional voice in client and prospect meetings
  • Use presentation skills and subject matter expertise to build trust, reinforce NFPs value and support business development and retention
  • Report on the effectiveness of employee communications campaigns for clients and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and continued work

Responsibilities
  • Lead regional project management for the Central region, ensuring successful execution of projects across multiple offices with a focus on Open Enrollment (Q4)
  • St ew ard available resources and identify creative solutions to increase capacity
  • Manage seasonal fluctuations and demands by optimizing resource allocation and systems during peak periods
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of resources to support cross-functional teams and clients year-round
  • Develop and deliver multi-channel employee communications campaigns in partnership with the Accounts team and National Employee Communications Practice teammates
  • Leverage NFPs LASSO model to develop measurable campaigns focused on clear benefits information
  • Act as a subject matter expert in employee communications and partner with the Accounts team to provide tailored solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to design and implement effective campaigns
  • Represent the practice in external engagements and support business development and retention
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings presenting campaign strategies and performance insights
  • Collaborate with Account teams to tailor messaging for diverse audiences across market segments
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and provide strategic optimization recommendations
