Provides advanced knowledge of compliance with 340B Program guidelines, including accounting and proper audit controls and guidance on implementation of controls using principals recommended by Corporate Compliance and Legal Services departments.
Compliance responsibilities include monitoring and routine auditing of virtual inventory accumulation, purchasing procedures, Medicaid billing procedures, patient eligibility, new areas of service, and the overall quality of the 340B Program.
Works closely with the QHS Corporate Compliance and Legal Services departments to update the QHS 340B Patient Definition.
Assists with marketing the 340B Program to departments and providers.

Minimum Qualifications:
A. Education/Certification and Licensure:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, health care or related field; or four (4) years experience in healthcare, business or finance may be substituted for the educational requirement.
B. Experience:
In addition to the educational requirement, three (3) years pharmacy operations, business operations or finance experience, preferably in a comparable organization.
Experience to demonstrate the following:
Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and delivery methods and knowledge of 340B programs highly desirable.
Prior experience with 340B software including Macro Helix highly desirable.
Working knowledge of Epic electronic medical record system or other similar medical record system highly desirable.
Experience in PBM operations, sales, PBM implementation, or within various business units highly desirable.
Experience with retail prescription claims or hospital billing auditing highly desirable.
