KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Advisory Operations to join our Advisory Operations organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance for key Advisory Operations projects
  • Supervise and optimize key operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization, acting as a subject matter expert for Advisory on firmwide initiatives
  • Promote collaboration across all Advisory operations teams to enhance collective teamwork and effectiveness
  • Engage in various ad hoc projects and processes as required, contributing expertise and oversight

Qualifications

  • Minimum ten years of experience in business operations including experience as a direct supervisor for a staff consisting of different professional levels, including management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and strategic advice to executive level management across various practice operational areas
  • Experience reading and analyzing profit and loss and other operating statements
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; basic knowledge or experience with Microsoft Access, Customer Relationship Databases and Resource Management/scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills required

California Salary Range: $140000 - $265000. KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. KPMG is an equal opportunity employer.
