What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the lead remote pilot in command for various R&D aircraft platforms
- Conduct preflight planning and inspections of the system
- Support test planning and participate in test rehearsals
- Lead other crewmembers in preparation, execution, and post-test activities
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for system improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Part 61 Private Pilot certificate with Instrument rating
- Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate
- At least 5 years of relevant experience operating Group 3+ UAS
- Significant UAS experience, including >300 flight hours and >200 sorties
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work extended hours and travel as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Part 61 Commercial pilot certificate
- Experience in support of new aircraft or systems development
- Acceptance testing experience and flight test engineering knowledge
- Familiarity with UAS operations within the National Airspace System beyond Part 107
- Basic CAD and manufacturing experience
