The Business Operations Coordinator (BOC) provides support for the executive team and designated management-level staff with projects to promote general company operations including but not limited to marketing events, public relations activities, facility maintenance and renovation. The BOC will effectively communicate with all necessary internal and external parties to manage the daily calendar, items due and schedule appointments with third party consultants, contractors, vendors landlords and leasing agents. The BOC is required to demonstrate the ability to prioritize the demands of multiple tasks with a logistical and operational business focus.
