Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled, hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. You'll tackle a variety of tasks across multiple trades, ensuring our facilities stay in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Drywall & Carpentry: Install and repair drywall, framing, trim, doors, and fixtures
• Painting: Prep and apply interior/exterior paint coats to walls, ceilings, doors, and trims
• Plumbing: Fix leaks, replace fixtures (toilets, sinks), unclog drains, repair P‐traps and shut‐off valves
• Basic Electrical: Change outlets, switches, light fixtures, ballasts, troubleshoot simple issues
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, handle general upkeep, and troubleshoot cross‐trade building issues

Ideal Candidate

• Proficient or experienced in at least two of the key trades; 'jack-of-all-trades' mindset welcome en.wikipedia.orgreddit.com
• Comfortable handling hand and power tools, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varied conditions
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent; vocational or technical training a plus
• Valid driver's license; maintenance background preferred
