The Institute for Human Services (IHS) is Hawaii's most comprehensive human services agency dedicated to ending and preventing homelessness. For over 45 years, we've been at the forefront of creating tailored solutions for those in crisis, offering a continuum of care that includes emergency shelters, housing programs, health services, employment assistance, and outreach.
The Maintenance Assistant provides assistance with and/or coordinate the corrective and preventative maintenance of IHS facilities to positively impact the service sites. This position responds timely to work orders and ensure repairs are completed safely. The Maintenance Assistant resolves immediate operational and/or safety concerns as it relates to the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and property.
Compensation:
Starting from $20 up to $30 hourly, actual pay commensurate with experience.
