Site Counselor - School-Based Youth Prevention & Treatment
Windward O'ahu | Full-Time, In-Person | $60,000-$65,000/year

Tuesday - Saturday Position. Kalani HS and Kaneohe Community

Hina Mauka Teen CARE is hiring a Site Counselor to provide in-person, school-based prevention and treatment services to adolescents. Make a meaningful impact in your community while working with a supportive, mission-driven team.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and create treatment plans
• Deliver classroom prevention lessons and community presentations
• Coordinate referrals and case management
• Collaborate with school and community partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with youth or substance use services preferred
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license
