Position: Part-time, Records Management Clerk
Location: Honolulu
Industry: Finance/Banking
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $18.00 per hour

The Records Management Clerk will support the Investment Services team during a system transition by verifying, sorting, and organizing documents to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient access to information. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate document control and records retention throughout the process.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and organize physical and electronic records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with records retrieval, filing, and archiving activities
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support audits and records reviews as needed
• Collaborate with team members to streamline records management processes
• Perform data entry and update records management systems

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of office and/or clerical experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
• Availability for part-time hours, Monday-Friday, within standard business hours
