About the Role
A leading project management firm based in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential condominium projects throughout Hawaii. This position involves full responsibility for project delivery, from scope definition through close-out, with direct interaction with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client and project meetings, manage design and pre-construction phases, and deliver executive-level updates.
• Prepare, track, and manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Oversee and coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and implement QA/QC programs.
• Coordinate procurement processes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications.
• Produce detailed weekly and monthly project status reports.

• Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred).
• 4+ years of construction project management experience (condominiums, residential, or high-end retail preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project), and file-sharing platforms.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Must have local experience in Hawaii.
