Sr. Human Resources Specialist
Location: Kapolei, HI
Salary: $55k-$68k
Schedule: Monday-Friday, plus every other Saturday (half-day)
Language Preference: Tagalog or Ilocano speakers highly preferred

Job Description:
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to lead and support key HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and passionate about building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle staffing: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Maintain and update job descriptions in compliance with employment laws
• Investigate and resolve employee issues and grievances
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Plan, implement, and evaluate HR policies and employee relations programs
• Administer employee benefits and communicate offerings to staff
• Maintain accurate HR records and filing systems
• Support general office tasks such as printing, scanning, laminating, and filing
• Assist with company events and internal communications
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on various HR initiatives

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic office equipment
• Typing speed of 55 WPM preferred

Language Ability:

• Tagalog or Ilocano fluency preferred
