Accounting Manager

Location: Honolulu, HI

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and other key financial documents.
• Manages monthly General Ledger closings, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Supports financial forecasting and performance evaluation through analysis of cash flows, store operations, and capital expenditures.
• Collaborates with store and department managers to implement financial procedures and provide training on reporting tools and policies.
• Recruits, develops, and evaluates accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting.

• Public Accounting experience preferred.

• Five years' accounting and management experience.
