Job Details

Performs therapeutic counseling and allied rehabilitative services of a simple nature in accordance with defined policies and procedures and specific supervisory instructions, for juveniles requiring temporary shelter in a non-secured facility; interviews juveniles to obtain background and other pertinent information; assists in the investigation, evaluation, and assessment of the juveniles background; makes recommendations on referrals to standard community resources and on treatment/rehabilitation; prepares case records and reports; and performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualification Requirements Education Requirement: Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelors degree which included a minimum of twelve (12) semester credit hours in a social science.
