Plans, organizes, coordinates and manages the social work services of an operational unit or directs a social work program of limited scope and complexity; and performs other duties as required. This Social Worker V position, based in Women's Court within the Adult Client Services Division of the First Circuit, provides intensive supervision, counseling, and case management for complex cases involving justice-involved women with criminogenic, mental health, and substance abuse needs. Most clients are moderate- to high-risk and/or high-need. The caseload includes both pretrial and post-conviction cases. In addition, this position provides day-to-day direction, guidance, and technical assistance to the Social Worker staff.
