As a Pharmacy Services Specialist, you will play a key role in customer service, interacting directly with patients to address inquiries, resolve issues, provide education, and uphold our commitment to high-quality service. This self-directed position primarily involves managing incoming and outgoing phone calls with patients, clients, and other customers while gathering vital patient and order information. It requires a working knowledge of insurance, health care, and reimbursement requirements, along with the ability to assess and identify problems for appropriate escalation to a pharmacist.

This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, totaling 40 hours per week, with no weekend shifts and limited holidays. On-site covered parking is available. High school diploma or equivalent required. Pharmacy Technician license/certificate may be necessary based on assigned duties and state pharmacy requirements.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $34.15

This pay range represents the base hourly rate for all positions within this job grade. The actual salary will depend on factors such as experience, education, and location.
