AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a dynamic Site Security Manager (SSM) responsible for overseeing all security aspects of project planning, design, and construction, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. The SSM will act as the subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and recommendations throughout all phases of the project, including planning, design, construction, setup, and accreditation. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Planners, Project Managers, Designers, and Construction Managers) as well as with government agencies and their Accrediting Officials (AO) to enforce policy-based security requirements. Key Responsibilities. Develop and implement Construction Security Plans (CSP), Concept Validation Requests (CVR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), and TEMPEST documentation.
