AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work to ensure quality control. Issues supplies and equipment. Resolves workers' problems or refers matters to supervisor. Records employees' hours worked and turn into supervisor. Submits requests for repair of cleaning equipment to supervisor. Performs duties of workers supervised and or other duties as assigned by the supervisor. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in maintaining payroll, supplies, and expenses to budgeted plan. Maintain rapport with tenants to assure customer satisfaction. Assist the completion of all required necessary documents for work schedules, completions, and CDR responses. Enforce safety standards procedures for all workers on project. Communicate regularly with supervisor / project manager on status of project.
