Supports oncology patients and their caregivers through the health care system by providing access to supportive services and helping them overcome barriers to care. - Assists and navigates patients with identified external barriers as related to transportation, lodging, travel, and interpreter arrangements. - Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures and consistent with the goals and objective of the department and The Queens Medical Center (QMC). II.
