Bishop & Company is hiring a Dispute Specialist for a financial institution in the Honolulu area.

Join our client's team to provide excellent customer service by handling Mastercard, Zelle, and ACH dispute claims in a call center environment. You'll intake calls from customers, branches, and other call centers while ensuring compliance with regulatory timeframes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Banking experience
• Customer service background
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and good follow-through
• Familiarity with account transactions and the dispute process preferred
• Time management and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficient with a 10-key calculator and typing
• Knowledge of MS Office

Additional Information:

• Type: Temporary Opportunity
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-4:30pm
• Pay: $20/hr
