The Management Trainee position is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to the bank's operations, products, services, and approaches to delivering high-quality service and support to customers. for job readiness in a bank management role. Through a combination of key business unit rotational assignments, on-the-job and classroom training, formalized feedback and mentoring, trainees will gain direct hands-on experience while contributing to Central Pacific Bank' s strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties during the training period. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be prepared to assume entry-level management or specialist roles that align with their skills, interests, and the bank's strategic needs.
