As a Guest Services Agent, a typical day will include:

  • Checking Owners/guests into their villas, reviewing property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Listening and responding positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Explaining room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice, vending areas).
  • Following up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Answering telephone calls and routing them appropriately.
  • Assisting with bellman and runner duties as needed.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

  • Welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
  • Contributing to team goals.
  • Following company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Guest Services Agent at AAH:

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
  • Position may require background and drug screening according to company policy and legal requirements.
