As a Guest Services Agent, a typical day will include:
- Checking Owners/guests into their villas, reviewing property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Listening and responding positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
- Explaining room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice, vending areas).
- Following up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems are addressed satisfactorily.
- Answering telephone calls and routing them appropriately.
- Assisting with bellman and runner duties as needed.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
- Welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
- Interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
- Contributing to team goals.
- Following company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Guest Services Agent at AAH:
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
- Position may require background and drug screening according to company policy and legal requirements.
