We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Cath Lab Technologist to join an amazing cardiovascular team in Hawai‘i. This role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, operating specialized equipment, and supporting physicians in delivering high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates are adaptable, skilled in high-pressure environments, and excited to bring their expertise to a tropical healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, including assessments and education.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures such as angiograms, stent placements, and pacemaker insertions.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment including fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during procedures.
• Ensure sterile technique and compliance with infection control standards.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain inventory and prepare supplies for procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 year of recent Cath Lab Tech experience (within the past 24 months/2 years)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Current TB/2-Step TB/Chest X-Ray/QUANTIFERON
• Federal FingerPrint
• N95 Fit Test
• Proof of vaccinations: MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID and FLU
