Details: The Floating Maintenance Person/ Handy-Person (FMT/ HP) is a hands-on position involved in the performance of routine and preventive maintenance tasks and in the performance of special or assigned projects. The FMT/ HP shall have demonstrated two years work/educational experience in two or more building trades which will include HVAC and/or electrical maintenance, repair or installation. The FMT/ HP reports to the Operations Manager (OM). Pay: $25.00 per hour The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position.
