Were looking for a Director of Pre-Arrival Marketing to take our guest engagement and lead management to the next level! As a Director of Pre-Arrival Marketing, you will be responsible for providing recommendations and taking actions based on strategic objectives to support operations of Pre-Arrival marketing team. These functions include driving the process to effectively manage leads, scheduling agents, recruiting, training and retention. Must be proficient in building proformas, coding, reporting and incentives to drive budgeted tours through the pre arrivals channel for members and guests.
