Responsible for managing the department's daily functions, which include but are not limited to coordinating routine and special in-house maintenance, tracking service requests, assisting with scheduling, maintaining records and reports, and supporting capital improvement projects. Acts as a key liaison between the Engineering team and other departments to facilitate clear communication and timely project execution.1-2 years of related experience. BirchStreet, HotSoS, Opera and Saflok experience highly preferred.
