AlohaHP is hiring an Overnight Cleaning Specialist to join our team on a college campus located in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an essential role that helps keep student kitchens clean, organized, and safe across an 8-floor building.

• College Campus - Honolulu, Hawaii

Position Overview:

As a member of our overnight cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining shared kitchen areas on each of the building's 8 floors. Each floor has one kitchen, and your job is to clean key surfaces and take out trash each night, making sure these spaces are fresh and ready for students the next day.

This is a solo position, meaning you'll be working independently overnight with minimal distractions. You'll be on your feet and moving across all 8 floors during your shift, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and focused.
Schedule & Pay:

• Shift: Sunday night - Thursday night
• Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Pay: $17/hour
• Pay Schedule: Paid weekly - every Friday
• Time Off: You'll be off from Friday morning through Sunday evening - that's 2.5 days off every week!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Wiping down cabinets, countertops, and the exterior of refrigerators in each kitchen
• Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain cleanliness
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners on every floor
• Completing a basic nightly checklist to ensure all tasks are completed
• Reporting any issues, damages, or supply needs to the supervisor

? What You Must Not Do:

• Do NOT touch or remove any food left behind by students, whether on tables or in refrigerators
• Do not throw away containers or items that may appear unattended - if it's not your mess, leave it
• Be respectful and courteous to students if you pass them during your shift, but keep interactions brief and professional
• This is a cleaning-only position - no food prep, no student supervision, no personal cleaning

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone who is reliable, independent, and takes pride in their work
• Able to follow instructions and stay on task without supervision
• Comfortable walking stairs and being active for an entire shift
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be professional, respectful, and able to maintain boundaries in a student environment
