Position Responsibilities
- Drafts agreements, service contracts, memorandums of understanding and other legal documents to limit exposure to the trust.
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, finance, and procurement to gather necessary information and facilitate contract processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, amendments, and related documents.
- Assist in contract negotiations, providing administrative support and ensuring all parties are informed of contract terms and obligations.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics for management review.
- Contributes to LT's success through collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing with all teammates to improve team and organizational results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mental and Physical Demands
Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, crawl, twist, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, climb stairs and ladders, identify colors, hear with aid, see, write, count, read, speak, analyze, alphabetize, lift and carry 50 lbs. and over, perceive depth, operate motor equipment. Mentally alert, emotionally stable and physically fit in order to cope with emergencies.
Conditions include working inside and outside, working around machines with moving parts and moving objects, radiant and electrical energy, working closely with others, working alone, working protracted or irregular hours, excessive heat, cold, humidity, dampness and chill, dry atmosphere, excessive or intermittent noise, constant noise, dust, slippery or uneven walking surfaces, working at heights, using chemical agents and traveling by UTV or vehicle.
