The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to maintain various PEO Soldier systems at Ft. Carson, CO. Must have experience installing, repairing, troubleshooting electronic systems, as well as instructor experience to provide Programs of Instruction to military customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with military customers to understand their operational needs and issues.
2. Manage time effectively to respond to service calls promptly.
3. Complete site surveys, system installations, troubleshooting, and operational checks.
4. Perform small-scale equipment moves, additions, or changes.
5. Provide classroom and practical instruction in operational environments.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
7. Provide basic system administration training to technical users.

Qualifications:

Required:

1. Active Secret Clearance
2. Prior military experience (Ranger Qualified or 18 Series)
3. Completed Military Instructor Course or equivalent
4. Civilian driver's license
5. Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent + minimum 9 years of related experience
6. Advanced knowledge of firearms, night vision, and thermal equipment
7. Ability to travel from OCONUS home base to various locations both OCONUS and CONUS
8. Good interpersonal skills, team work, and effective collaboration with customers and OEM vendors
9. Physical ability to deploy and conduct necessary physical actions
10. Willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS)
